Our Team
Passionate about all things bar and cocktail, Jeremy loves to inspire and lead his peers at Lemon and beyond. One of Jeremy’s favorite things to do at Lemon is bridging his love of cocktails with appreciation of the arts.
Zak applies his passion for the craft in both bartending and the world of dance. He oversees staff training and development at Lemon.
Seth loves building new hospitality businesses. He joined Lemon at the concept stage and helped bring it from idea to opening, with a focus on structure, partnerships and long term performance. He enjoys learning how things actually work, and making daiquiris whenever he gets a chance. A 3rd place enthusiast, Seth is also a long time jazz fan.
Mason's first love is rock and roll music, but over the years he became enamored with food and beverage. Mason loves hosting parties, events and just bringing people together.
